My account is limited for suspicious activity on my card (I didn't link a card)

My account got suspended for suspicious activity on my credit card, but it's a new account and I haven't linked anything other than my GCash account. I already submitted details to the resolution center (I wasn't notified of my account suspension other than the notifications in the real website that I checked, so it's not a phishing scam) but I was still wondering why. The GCash account I linked to my PayPal was unverified, so maybe that's the reason? (but it's not a card, so....) Also, I saw another post that encountered the exact same problem, but their question never answered my question Edit: second inquiry, when I tried to appeal I posted the WRONG CARD INFORMATION because the card I used was a dead one and I didn't realize until I had already posted it, how do I appeal my appeal?
