My account got limited permanent and it's already more than 180days but i still can't withdraw

My account got limit permanent and i've been waiting more than 180days.

when i try to add my bank or debit card it's always error like this "There's problem with your account. Go to the resolution center so we can help you resolve this as soon as possible."

i mean i have checked and i dont have any cases. so why do they always make it error like that.

anyone can help me please..

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

i've send them message but no one is responded, all my message are abandoned

After waiting for 180 days I can't convert my USD to PHP and withdraw my funds in my PHP bank account. I ended up withdrawing the USD only directly to my bank account and leaving the remaining peso in my PayPal since it's below 500 lol. I'm still waiting for the money to reflect in my bank account even though it's already tagged as Completed in PayPal.
