I tried placing an order twice. The order was never placed or confirmed. However, I am seeing where PayPal deducted the money from my account twice. How do I get my refund??
it said" this is a temporary authorization to ensure your payment method will cover the requested amount. your payment method will be charged when transactions is completed." That's what it said on PayPal
When you pay a company then it is often pending or awaiting authorisation until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process the order and capture that payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source.
