I didn't have the funds in my bank account to pay paypal, and now my paypal balance is in the red. How long do I have to resolve the issue before collections are sent, and do I have to pay any extra fees during this time?

So I contacted PayPal about my minus balance, and have been informed that I have 180 days to pay my minus balance off. If it is not payed after this period, my account will be closed and the dept collectors will be sent. It is also important to note, that during the 180 days no extra fees or interest will be added from Paypal to the amount owed.
