Purchased 6 Xbox ultimate monthly codes. 4 worked last to apparently already used. Paypal cc agent denied my complaint as it is 5 month old purchase. Why only complaining now? Because the 5th code is only used in the fifth month. Seller [removed] is silent no response! Cc agent does not protect buyer! What can I do? Paypal is a fraud too?
