I was charged a second time by paypal for a Xbox gamepass ultimate subscription. Even though i already payed for the service a day prior(yesterday) using my credit card because that is the payment option set for the renewal. I would like to get a refund, should i try contacting Microsoft or Payplal to resolve my problem?

If you see the transaction completed ‘twice’ in your PayPal Activity page, click the duplicate transaction, then click “Report a Problem”. Then click, “I have a billing issue”. Then click “Duplicate Transaction” option and follow the prompts.
