Hello. Maybe someone knows about limitations... Its past 180 days. Maybe I have any solution to unblock or restore my account?

The 180 days only refers to the time after which you can withdraw any funds in your account (if there are any in there).

However its a permanent ban and you can never use a paypal account again unfortunately.
