Lootcrate Pre-order than will never ship

Lootcrate hasn’t been shipping crates since early 2021. Wish i had known before i placed a pre-order. it was supposed to ship July-August and i have yet to receive anything. The company will not respond to any of my emails for a refund and it’s obviously way past the 180 days to file a dispute. It was a preorder so it was doomed from the start. Literally everyone is having the same exact issues and they are radio silent and still releasing new crates even when they haven’t shipped the old ones. I don’t know what to do.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear a pre-order didn't go quite as you expected. It sounds like you're already familiar with our dispute process, unfortunately it is true we are unable to open a dispute on a transaction after 180 days. At this point, your best option is to continue to try to work with the merchant on this one. You can try reaching out to your bank or card's customer service to see if they have any dispute options available. While our 180 day time-frame is based off of their 180 day dispute time-frame, they may have an option we don't know about.
