I'm a digital artist using paypal as a payment method for commissions. My account got limited, the only thing needed to remove the limitations is to provide a utility bill, a bank statement, or a government issued document. However I have none of those three. What do I do??

Whatever you do not have, write a note to explain why (ex. if no photo ID, explain why no ID, etc.), pdf the note and upload to the relevant request.

Beware, you could be banned if they can’t verify your identity.

Actually, I had verified my identity by showing some valid IDs. What I don't have is proof of business address. I don't have a bank account nor do I have any of the required documents such as utility bills.

It's because Paypal are a bunch of **bleep** **bleep** who steal your money, give no reason, and then if you ask a simple question they trot out the **bleep** to respond with cut and paste BS

Same I did some ghostwriting for a client and immediately he paid, PayPal asked for a bank statement which I do not have. I don’t have any utility bills too. They should know because I haven’t linked any bank to my account. What did you do and how did you get this solved bro 🙏🏼
