Anyone else having trouble with this seller? I received the wrong item shipped from China, not USA as advertised; and they offered to give me 40% refund. It seems to me that they have some questionable business practices. I am probably going to have to escalate my complaint with Paypal.
Open a case stating items received but not what ordered (or words to that effect) upload pictures of what you got and if you have the packaging put that im pic too, give it a few days then ring them and explain the situ tell them you also are aware that they are aware of hundreds of cases the same about this company (they told me they are investigating them). You should get a full refund thats what everyone on here has been doing
PayPal were no help. I received two crappy mirrors instead of rotating storage baskets. No compensation offered by the company and PayPal accepted tracking information provided as proof of delivery. As the mirrors were received near my birthday I thought it was a gift from someone who hated me
I had the same issue with these people. I ordered 2 revolving organisers but never received them. Sent them emails to find out what happened but no reply. I finally went to PayPal to try and get a refund but directed to seller to resolve. I did this again and still no response so progressed with PayPal to get refund but response from them was that they had a tracking number and confirmation of delivery so I wouldn’t get a refund…what a joke! As with others I have been with PayPal for a long time and joined because of the ‘safety net’ they provide when things go wrong 😑
I were scammed by this company, I never recieved my Two rotating veg storage. The company had a fake tracking number, and said that they had sent it, which I never received it, paypal was no help!!
Yep, ordered a set of 7 pans just over a year ago. It said due to covid some orders were taking a few months but guess what? A year + on and still received nothing
