Item was deliverd. Case Was closed, And No item, no refund.

I have A great problem.

 

I bought i laptop. It was not that laptop i have received. I report problem. Case was opened. we decide with seller to deliver this laptop and refund will be immediately as delivered. Case was closed before deliver was made.

 

No i don't have item i purchased and no refund. I cant write to Anyone. i lost 1700|$... WTF no help

 

Were i need to write about this issue?

which dispute did you open?

did you escalate to a claim?

did you win the claim?

did paypal tell you to return the item?

did you return it trackable?

does tracking show the item as delivered back to the seller?

is the seller in the same country as you.

I cant write to paypal.... The Seller refuse to do anything. I sent item i transfer money. Now No money No item ))

How i can it be like that?

As we spoke after delivery there will be a refund. As i sent item not from USA it took more than 20 days. But i have all the traking numbers.

@Gamarjveba, welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear a recent dispute hasn't gone quite as you had expected. Depending on the type of case that was opened, the dispute may ask for specific actions to be performed by our buyer and / or the seller. If you did not receive an item at all, the Item Not Received dispute is the best option. Here, we ask our seller to provide a tracking number or issue a refund within a certain time-frame. If you received an item, but it was not the item you expected or the item is defective, we would recommend opening a Significantly Not as Described case. There, we normally ask the buyer to ship back the item and provide tracking, then ask the seller to issue a refund once the item shows delivered back to the seller.

no, because we spoken after delivery will be refund and i was waiting for delivery. but case closed before delivery.

I dint know what i mean. Seller agreed the refund

i don't know if pay pal can write to you. I think yes.

yes

6. does tracking show the item as delivered back to the seller?

yes

7. is the seller in the same country as you.

no, thats why it took to long to deliver.

 

I can send the e-mails how the seller dont care about clients, after this i open the case, and they agreed refund all are in case
