hello, First of all been using this seller for 6 years around 60+ orders had no problems with shipping only 1 delay parcel due to him sending it to another location but he recovered it and sent it back to me. He is based in China my destination is the UK. Place a order last month item was shipped once arrived to the UK it was handled over to parcel company named Yodel somehow this week yodel has lost my parcel in the national sorting hub. Emailed the sender with all the screenshots and evidence of the live chat messages regarding the missing parcel. He kept on saying wait for parcel. I mention to him once a parcel hasn't been scanned to your local depot most likely it's missing. Next he avoided my emails for two days no reply or response. At the end of the second day. I opened a paypal item not recieved disbute case he responded saying his shipping company has started a investigation regarding to this missing parcel told me to wait for outcome should I escalate this case to paypal on the last day if he doesn't respond if I close it that means I will have no chance getting my refund.. what the timeframe you have once I escalate this case to paypal can paypal extend the days because sometimes his shipping take almost 2 weeks before it reaches the UK. Or should I do is escalate this to paypal on the last day and obtain a refund and make a new order so I have the buyer protection again.. Thank you for reading this.
