Placed a pre order through a company more than 180 days ago and they have cut off all communications with me and have not received my items totalling about $800 USD!! Need help please can’t start a resolution because it’s over 180 days Surely there is a way of getting my money back seeing I haven’t received an item and I paid through paypal

Buyer protection is only available up to 180 days unfortunately.
You should really have opened a dispute on day 179 days and then if you were refunded and the item turned up you could easily have paid again.
If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then you could see if they will help you but it may be too late for them as well, worth trying though.
Advice is voluntary.
