Paypal does not provide guarantees or warranties, but does cover you for ''item received but not as described''.
You can file a dispute up to 180 days post payment.
However if it goes wrong later down the line its unlikely to be covered.
Why not read up on paypals buyer protection policy in their user agreement so you can risk assess your transactions.
Buy from reputable dealers and not cheap tat on Social Media and you should be ok.
Advice is voluntary.
