If a scammer knows my email can they access my bank details through my PayPal account?

I have changed my password/ let my bank know but just wondering if they can access that info somehow just by having my email? These people are clever these days ..

I understand you'd like to learn more about PayPal's Security. One of PayPal's highest priorities is to protect your privacy. If someone were to ever log into your PayPal account, the only thing they would be able to see is the last four digits of any payment method. They wouldn't have the ability to see any of your full banking details. In addition, we do not share your payment details with merchants. If you'd like to add an extra layer of security to your PayPal account, I recommend setting up 2-Step Verification.

If you have an unauthorized payment on your PayPal account, you can open up a case for this.
