I want to take my stolen money from transfer, but it already claimed, ayone help me?

Scammers stole my account and they took my 11$, they claimed it quickly. Can i cancelling transfer please help me, because transfer is on way until 21 April(tomorrow) Can someone help me((

Sorry to hear about the unauthorized transfer in your account. Unfortunately, once a bank transfer is requested from your PayPal account, it can’t be canceled. In this situation, the best thing to do would be contacting our Customer Care department.
