I had a PayPal account that got hacked years ago, closed the account and hadn't been back since. Now I would like to use PayPal but i am told I am not allowed. When I called support i was not given a true answer and was told simply that i could not, and that it could not be discussed with me, with ME, the one who owns the account and is having the problem.
Has anyone gone through this? or knows how to get results from support?

Paypal owns the account as its their site, and they don't give you a reason if they have banned you.
Guess it wouldn't make any difference anyway if they were not going to change their mind unfortunately.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
