I am a college student, and register the PayPal recently, after I upload my passport photo, my account has been locked?? And I have called the service, they said I cannot do anything now? Why?

Do you live in the U.S and not using a VPN?

Have you had a paypal account before limited?

Do you just have the x1 paypal account?
