I have a question about payment methods and account limitation

So my paypal account recently got limited. I'm trying to add a new payment/deposit method however I am concerned that the payment method will get limited as well. What will happen if I add a new payment method to an already limited account? The limitation only says I cannot use the current information to make another account but what will happen if I add another option? Does that automatically get limited as well?

If you add a bank or card to the limited account, it will get automatically limited too unless you resolve the limitation.
