I cant delete my account

 Currently I no longer would like to have my PayPal account but the close account button, just tells me “ Before you close your account… There's something that needs to be resolved. Please contact customer service, and we'll help you with it.” and I’ve recently been hacked, so there were 3 $5.70 charges from Genshin Impact ( I don’t have the game ) and I just don’t want it anymore. And it doesn’t even tell me what it needs to resolve, and can’t even change my old email and I can’t even add a new one because “there was a problem on their end” please just delete the account because I don’t want to use this app anymore and never will use any app for this… Just please if you see this just delete my account, I had the worst night because of this.

P.S. The bank said they see 9 transactions! Of the same amount, that’s $51 please!!!
