I purchased an item on ebay via paypals but unfortunately the seller cancelled the order. Upon checking my account i found that i was refunded less. Upon contacting paypal the customer service told me that transaction fees is not refunded. Its not fair. Is there a way i can get full refund?

Actually you should get a full refund and the seller pay the fee, I think the agent you spoke to was confused and thought you were the seller.
Get back to them and ask again?
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Thank you for your suggestion. I think you're right, and I will follow your guidance to request a full refund and ask the seller to pay the fee. I appreciate your help and advice on how to contact customer service again. I will try all the options you mentioned to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Or maybe i should contact ebay? Ebay will then contact the seller and do the nessesary mabe.
