I Got 2 Fraudulent/Scam Transactions On My Account From My.com B.V.

Hi,

About a week ago, I received an email saying that there have been 2 automatic payments to my Paypal account from a company called My.Com. 

I have no clue what this even is and after further researching, it seems like people are also getting scammed. I already opened a dispute on these 2 transactions, and it got denied. How does this even slide with the Paypal team, I'm furious at how this can happen. Someone, please help me!

What should I do now?

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I did this but I already cancelled the subscription and I wont get a refund from PayPal. This is absolutely ridiculous and I didn’t even know this happened!
