How to withdraw money from a limited account

Hi! My account was limited years ago and I've tried many times talking with support but nothing has worked out. I never knew why my account was limited but I have money still in my account and I've not been able to withdraw to a bank account and I want to know what else could I do.

If you have had an email stating you can withdraw the funds then your only option as per link is to a U.S bank account.
That is a U.S bank account opened in the US and not a virtual / digital account like Paypneer or Wise.

Other than that you may have to contact customer services and see if they will send you a cheque although that is not a listed option in your country.
However if you have not had an email to say you can withdraw the funds it may be because its no longer an option for you.
That is because you only have the withdraw option as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.
Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
