How to speak to human in resolution center to explain something as to why my account is banned

My account has been closed and Has been for the last month. How do I go about speaking to a person in the resolution center? This is my first time I sold an item on PayPay and they won't even explain what I did wrong. It's unbelievable that I can't even respond!!!

If you have a PayPal account in the US, open a complaint at bbb.org under PayPal San Jose, CA. If not in US, what country?
