How to cancel the refund??

Hi there. I had received an order and then me and the buyer came to terms of cancellation but after I refunded him, he blocked me. is there any way I can at least get my money back??

No. Once you issued a refund from your PayPal balance, it cannot be reversed.

If you issued a refund through your bank account, you may contact your bank to see if you can cancel that transaction to PayPal.
