Hello,
I requested 4 refunds from a retailer. 3 arrived and one was a bit longer ago so they couldn't refund it right away. Now they did a refund but I didn't get anything. Looking into it I found out:
My login E-Mail with the retailer is [removed]
My Paypal account is [removed]
The first 3 refunds went to the Paypal account as it should be.
The 4th refund went to the GMX e-Mail because they did it manually and just used my login e-Mail from their system instead of my Paypal e-Mail.
I checked and there is a Paypal account using that e-Mail but it is not mine. The e-Mail was compromised years ago and it seems they created an Paypal account using my e-Mail. I did a password reset but on login Paypal wants to call me. However the number they want to call is not mine and seems to be in a completely different country.
How to gain access or delete that account?
I contacted Paypal using the text service thing but the agent gave me 3 different phone numbers to call... all 3 either don't excist or answer with "this number is no longer in service.

I just tried calling both numbers, both numbers results in "we are sorry this number is not available".

Now Casey stopped answering.
