I have successfully submitted documents for verification of Business Account and get a response that it will take 7 days to verify. However that was over 15 days ago and there is no update. How do I get this addressed so I can get access to my Money.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
