Sorry English isn't my native language!

I have this old PayPal account I made when I was a teen and I stopped using it after a short while...
I made it because at the time I needed to make some money by doing art at the time … it was a rough time😖

and just now i remembered i had the account and logged in seeing it is limited
because at the time i didnt understand how paypal works so i never confirmed my info there!

i dont know how i can close the account because it wont let me without the info being given

(I also cant put my info in there because it says I am in Denmark when my Personal identification number is on a Croatian one as I'm not a Dane... but I did move there with my father at the time ) and if there is..is there a way to make a new one with the same email?
I don't wanna call PayPal it really kicks my anxiety to a pulp...(I just think its dumb they removed the email option...)
so I hope there's a way to get help like this..

Since you opened the account as a teen, that account will be permanently limited (banned) if it hasn’t been already. PayPal don’t allow accounts opened as a teen to be active, even if you are over 18 now.

You can ask PayPal to permanently limit the account since you opened it as a teen by contacting customer service:

Message Center

You can message PayPal anytime. Just log in to PayPal, go to your Message Center and choose “New Message.”

To message us on the PayPal app:

  1. Tap your profile photo.
  2. Tap Message Center
  3. Choose New.

Social Media

To contact us on Facebook, go to facebook.com/PayPal

To contact us on Twitter, go to @AskPayPal

Limited or permanently limited accounts cannot be “closed” like a normal account either unless the limitations are resolved.

You’ll have to open new account in the country you live in now with new email address.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
