How do I reverse a completed chargeback? there's no option for it anywhere in the Resolution Center.

I recently bought a game off steam, and noticed I had only gotten a beta, which I then quickly and stupidly charged back thinking something'd gone wrong.

I got a notification saying I need to contact PayPal about it later, but there is no way to do that if the chargeback has been completed.

Any ideas on what to do? It sucks because it just looks like I tried to scam them or something.

Do you mean you filed a chargeback via your credit card issuer OR filed a dispute via paypals dispute centre?

ok so if your bank recovered the money for you then if you still want the item then just pay the seller again or purchase the item again?
