I'm running an event. Loads of scammers are posting offers to sell tickets. I've checked and none of them bought tickets. They provided paypal emails for payment. How can I report them all at once? I have screenshots of all the messages. Their accounts should be shut down, in my opinion. Will Paypal look in to this?
