How do I get wdraw Check w Acct Limitations?

Received notice permanently limited. For life. Have balance. Rec'd email saying I can transfer or get check cut? Cannot transfer. How do I get check sent?

Have they said you can withdraw funds now?

Only normally if you get a permanent account ban they don't let you withdraw for 180 days?
