I have my Paypal linked to my Gcash. I have already already converted my currency from $ to peso and it will automatically be available to be cashed-in using Gcash like how I always do. However, when I tried to cash-in from Gcash, I get a text saying 'cash-in via Paypal cannot be processed' and that I need to log in to Paypal to check if there are limitations placed. I have no knowledge about limitations. Please help. Thank you.
