Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum and thank you for posting!
I understand you would like some help closing a PayPal case/dispute. Please keep in mind, that once you close a case or dispute, this cannot be reopened or appealed at a later date.
If you are 100% satisfied with how the issue was resolved, you may go ahead and close the case:
- Go to the Resolution Center.
- Locate your case from the list and click View to open.
- Click Mark as resolved at the bottom of the page to close your case.
- Click Close Case.
- Add any additional comments in the comment box, and then click Close Case.
However, if the seller is stating they will refund you if you close the case, please do not close the case until you are sure you have received your refund. More help can be found here: Should I close my case if a seller says they'll refund?
