How can I contact seller through PayPal

Hi, its been 13 days since I paid and 11 days since paypal shows that my item was shipped, but I have not received my item or any communication from the seller.
Also the "track shipment" button in the paypal transaction fails. And seller has not repsonded to my emails either. Also ther is no phone number to contact them.
When I click on "report a problem" paypal suggests I contact the seller through paypal - how can I do this? There is no "contact seller" button or link anywhere in the transaction.

If you see an email address in the payment details, email the seller.
