How can I close my account, withdraw the remaining Money to the Bank with limited account?

Hi, I created a business account and want to downgrade it back to a personal account, but I can't because my account has been restricted due to missing information that I do NOT want to add. So I can't transfer the remaining money to my bank account. That's why I ask you to find an alternative to debit my money and then close my PayPal account, because I don't want to and won't provide this missing information!

Please help me guys i really want to close my account but get my money back too.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
