How can I add supporting evidence to refute a claim after I've already responded?

If you are a seller and your buyer submitted a claim to dispute a charge or payment and you've already responded, you may (like me) find it impossible to add additional supporting evidence or proof of your defense on the website after your response has been submitted. It may be helpful for you to know that if you log in on a mobile device, the option IS there to continue to add more evidence and attachments. For some reason, I was on my laptop accessing the PayPal website via my browser (I tried both Chrome and Safari) and could not for the life of me find anywhere to add any additional attachments or evidence once I already responded to the claim/dispute. However, when I accessed the mobile version on my phone, there WAS the option to add more info. Not sure why that is, but hopefully this info helps someone else.
