Hold transaction

I widraw 10usd from panel champ India website that I earned threw survey.After 1 day I got a mail from PayPal that includes we need a little bit information about you and transaction to provide that please go your account overview and click on more menu option then choose the link given that takes you to the resolution center. Now i am unable to find the more menu option in the app to follow the link . Please help me out.
