Hello im trying to close my account but is not working any solution?

I want to close the account bcuz i got hacked but when i choose "close account doesn't work.

For my knowledge, no! I've been using PayPal for the past years and never have a limitation o problem until now, if so where can I find those limitations?

Could be paypal limited the account to protect it after you were hacked but that would show as a message on your account or in the resolution centre.

If not then your best bet is to contact customer services and request that they close it?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
