I refunded an item back in october through Steam, money was sent to my bank. One day later paypal charged me back the 60 dollars of the refund, I have a bank statement but nothing in paypal relating to this, nothing in balance and nothing in activity. I checked on Steam and it said that the refund has been issued, still haven't received anything, and no activity related to this has been recorded in my paypal.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
