I’ve had an unauthorised payment extracted by “Uber Technologies BV”. It’s for about £180, a lot of money. Within hours PayPal came back simply saying it doesn’t believe this WAS fraudulent. But I know it was, and it’s a lot of money for me. Looking in the internet it seems quite a lot of people have had problems with this “Uber Technologies BV” payment. Any ideas what I should do? Thank you.

Hello @mikej3,
Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post.
In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
