Failure to respond to my account limitation and all attempts for support

Hi,

 

I'd like to complain about the poor response i've had on my account limitation. I have provided identification information but have had no response. My request for a manual decision under GDPR and this has been ignored. All I can do now is chat to a bot. I've been a loyal customer for many years, and if this cannot be resolved I would like to close both my Paypal and Paypal Credit Accounts. I'd also like a full copy of information held on me by Paypal.

 

This will probably be deleted or result in an error, like all my attempts at contacting support.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
