Extra money was paid

Hello i tried to do a boost on a post on instagram from my profile and it said i had to pay only 6 euros but they took 10.70 (total of 16.70 euros) why is that pls and if possible id like to have a refund. Anyone can help me? It wont show up on the recent transactions on here but i received a msg from my bank saying i paid 16.70 to paypal any help will be greatly apprecaiated (ps. The boost didnt even work so its like i paid for nothing nothing happened except for the money being taken out of my account). When i called my bank to fix the issue they told me i needed to contact paypal which i did but nothing changed.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with a recent transaction. It sounds like the purchase may have been processed as a guest checkout. Since you're still unable to find the transaction on your PayPal account to file a dispute, you can contact the Customer Support team through the available options on our website. Support may also be reached on Twitter by sending DM or a PM on Facebook.
