I ordered an Embroidery Machine from Prince William Engraving & Award, Inc. Never received it - they have my money and PayPal denied my request for a refund. Now what?

Which dispute did you open?
Did you escalate to a claim?
Did the seller provide tracking?
Was the tracking fake?
Did paypal close the claim because the seller provided tracking?
Which option did you choose to send the funds?
Which paypal linked funding source did you use to pay?
