Email saying my account is restricted- this seems fraudulent

I’ve had an email from [removed] saying my account is restricted- this seems fraudulent can someone confirm?

Welcome to the PayPal Community and thank you for reaching out regarding that email you received. I can understand how that kind of notification can be a bit alarming. If your PayPal account is limited, you'll see steps to resolve any restrictions in your Resolution Center. Here's also a great Help Center article on How to spot fake, phishing, or fraudulent sites and emails.
