I opened a dispute and went through the whole process but Paypal closed it because I couldn't provide tracking information for returning the item, but I was never provided an address to return it to, just a random building.
Obviously, I feel this isn't fair as this is a weird loop hole.. How do I reopen it or have it looked at again?
