I am an upcoming streamer who plans to receive tips through PayPal, however, I am having difficulty getting my account "preapproved" for livestreaming. This is supposedly required according to the Acceptable Use Policy. I have already contacted AskPayPal via Twitter, and was transferred to different departments over the phone to try to get me to the right person (Customer Service, Sales Team, Business/Merchant Solutions, and even a Merchant Solutions Specialist). Unfortunately, I never received a proper or clear response as to whether my account is already preapproved or not. I just want to have peace of mind when receiving tips during stream and not have to worry about getting limitations placed on my account because my account was not "preapproved".
