Charges through Hackers Facebook + PayPal

PayPal Charge me through Facebook Hackers on Saturday 16/4 the total amount of 68,29 euros (three transactions total). On Monday 18/4 PayPal told me that the money have been refunded (something didn't happen) and today 20/4 my Bank charged me with the amount of 68,29 (three transcations). What can i do? It's unbelievable and very sad situation for PayPal Protection. Please help me. Thank you

If you funded the payment to the seller using bank transfer. What PayPal do here is credit the recipient on your behalf (so there is no delay in despatching your item). Then if you receive a refund in the meantime they are unable to issue this until the original bank transfer completes.

Paypal told me that the refund will be delayed.

My Bank REFUSED to do something. They told me that it is PayPal responsible.

I am still waiting

I had an awful exprerience with Facebook and PayPal

So will delete my account on both sites
