If the payment is pending and unclaimed, with a cancel link, you may cancel it.
If payment is completed, sorry, there’s no buyer protection on friends and family payments therefore a buyer protection dispute cannot be filed. Friends and family payments are ‘gift’ payments. Use goods and service option when buying goods and services to receive buyer protection.
