I've been trying to confirm my identity as my account has been limited, but all the documents I have for my address have my Po Box instead of my residential address. As this isn't accepted I'm wondering what I should do, or what can be done at all. I'm worried, as I have phone anxiety, and have trouble with sorting this sort of thing out in that way.
I can’t think anything that can help you because your PayPal address must be the same. That’s your only way to confirm your PayPal account, i did that 2 times this year already by uploading the documents they wanted. Your address must be the same as your PayPal address
