I bought 2 concert tickets in advanced since Dec 2021, yesterday was the concert and I couldn't get my tickets and the company where I bought the tickets couldn't resolve my problem after several days of getting in touch with them. At the end they told that the problem was with ticket master. I went to ticket master office were people from there told me that resell companies often have those kind of issues. They recommended me to ask my bank for a refund but since I bought them long ago I don't know if that is still possible. Anybody knows something about this? Thank You
